This item is brand new, sealed and unopened.  I ship with padded envelopes to protect the item but during the shipping process the item's package might arrive with some imperfections.  However, the item inside the box will not be damaged because the box or package is meant for protection during the shipping and handling process.  I ship by Fedex or Usps depending on the destination location.  I ship within 3 business days of payment.  I try to ship before 3 business days on most orders but it depends on how many orders come in, it might take the full 3 days to ship.  Business days are Monday to Friday excluding holidays.  I send a confirmation email and upload tracking once your order has shipped.  Delivery dates are not guaranteed but I ship by expedited service.  You can always track your order online once it ships.  If you need overnight service, combined shipping or any other requests and or questions, please contact me before purchase to insure its possible.  No refunds because this are auction sales below retail so make sure you want your purchase before bidding.  Lastly, the item reflection might be effected due to light and such so if you have additional questions about color and anything else please don't hesitate to contact me before bidding.  Thanks.
